Whenever we go there , the always ensure that we are taken care of. The lovely lady at the counters went above and beyond this arvo when we went there. The manager was very kind and helpful with the process and went beyond helping me and the staff were super friendly.
- Jen Panya Added September 30, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Had a really bad experience with an Indian lady that served me. She had impatient and condescending attitude when serving me. During my collection process she decided to take a call and to also then serve another customer. She was not waiting on me to find something for her when this happened. When i asked her to clear up some rules on delivery, the reply was rushed and made no sense, she was not interested in helping me. I left the post office feeling like I had been a nuisance to her rather than a valued customer.
